Anne graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2013 and has over 12 years of experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. She has worked with individuals of all ages, supporting recovery from sports injuries, guiding rehabilitation for older adults, and helping children improve their strength, mobility, and confidence through tailored physiotherapy programmes.
Her clinical expertise includes Whole Body Vibration Therapy (PowerPlate), scoliosis-focused exercise programmes, and Swiss DolorClast® Shockwave Therapy. Anne draws on evidence-based techniques and a personalised, client-first approach to guide each individual’s recovery journey, helping them achieve meaningful improvements in movement, function, and overall well-being.
