Ivy is a State Registered Nurse (SRN, London) with additional qualifications from the Joint Board of Clinical Nursing Studies (JBCNS, London), a Management Diploma from Cambridge Tutorial College, and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association. She is also a Certified Internal Quality Auditor with Neville Clarke, London.
With 47 years of experience in healthcare, spanning intensive care, coronary care, and nursing management as a Director of Nursing, Ivy has trained in London and worked internationally across Macau and the Middle East. Her expertise includes hospital accreditation (ISO, JCI, MSQH, CBAHI), infection control and OSHA standards, and hospital commissioning.
